Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below, and as set out under Security, Copyright, and Delivery. We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

Prices and Payment
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.

Maysim cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail, which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.


Our returns and refunds policy
Our returns policy is in addition to your legal rights.

Products Purchased

Maysim are happy to exchange or refund the price paid for any product bought from Maysim if it is returned unused, as sold, within 30 days of purchase. This is subject to the following conditions:
Products which are made to measure, special design or personalised to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty)

You must provide your original sales receipt as proof of purchase. If you are unable to provide the original sales receipt, Maysim will issue credit vouchers to the value of the current selling price of the product. Maysim credit vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.

Other than where credit vouchers are issued all refunds will be provided using the same method of payment as your purchase. If the purchase was made using a credit / debit card, the same card must be used for the refund.
We may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.

Maysim reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund with or without a receipt.

Products may be returned direct.

Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is faulty we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. If help is required, please call the number given on your Customer Sales Advice or sales receipt to arrange for the return of the product to Maysim free of charge.

Products Delivered To You

If you buy a product, which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 30 days after delivery by:
Returning the product to Maysim.

calling us on 01761 479507 emailing us at info@maysim.co.uk, or writing to us at Maysim, The Old Parish Hall Cold Bath Farmborough Nr Bath BA2 0BD. to cancel the order (or part of it) and arrange collection.

This is subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging.

General Conditions
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Maysim.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Natural products may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate. Where Maysim agrees to provide a specifically designed item the Customer agrees to check the accuracy and suitability of the item.

Maysim will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of Maysim, Maysim may not be able to do so. In such circumstances Maysim will contact the Customer and agree an alternative date. The Customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can to enable the delivery to take place on the given date. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Customer the Customer may not be able to do so. In such circumstances the Customer will contact Maysim and agree and alternative date.

As soon as Maysim has delivered the goods, the Customer will be responsible for their safekeeping and Maysim will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage. If the Customer delays a delivery, Maysim responsibility for everything other than damage due to its negligence will end on the date Maysim agreed to deliver them as set out in the contract.

Ownership of the goods shall remain with Maysim and shall not pass to the Customer until the agreed price for them, together with all other sums due from the Customer to Maysim, have been paid in full.

To the extent permitted by law, Maysim accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

Contracts are made and accepted subject to these Conditions of Sale. Contracts that are made in Scotland shall be governed by Scottish Law otherwise this contract shall be governed by English Law and no other.

In these terms and conditions:

"We and Us" means Maysim either alone or together with you, as the context requires;

"Working day" means every day of the year except weekends, and English statutory and public holidays;

"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;
